Hexa Finance Limited are authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA).
Our Firm Reference Number is 974633. We are permitted to act as a credit broker, not a lender. You may check this information on the FCA’s Register by visiting

Our Services

We provide a range of financial products and services to UK businesses via a trusted panel of over 20 third-party lenders. Currently, Hexa do not lend our own money but instead work with our clients to identify suitable funding solutions to support their businesses. The most common products we offer our clients are Hire Purchase and Lease Rental products that help them acquire business-critical equipment. We also have other business finance products available from our lenders, including but not limited to, unregulated business loans and invoice finance.

Depending on the requirements of your business, Hexa will identify the products that we think are most suitable for you. This analysis is based on several business factors such as time trading, sector, credit worthiness and business objectives. We present our customers with the most suitable options available and encourage them to review the terms prior to commitment. Should customers not fully understand the product, we would suggest they take independent legal advice or speak with their accountant before making an instruction to one of our lenders. Hexa only has access to a certain segment of the market, and we respect customers’ rights to source alternative lending.

Remuneration

We will be remunerated by way of an introductory payment payable by our third-party lenders. We do not take credit for payment due until the funding has been paid out. You are entitled; at any time, to request information regarding any payment which we may have received because of placing your finance with a Lender.

Treating Customers Fairly (TCF)

The FCA has outlined six key themes which are central to our TCF initiative:

  1. Customers should be confident that they are dealing with firms where treating customers fairly is embedded in the corporate culture.
  2. Services marketed and sold are done so with the aim that they meet the needs of customers and are targeted accordingly.
  3. Customers should be provided with clear information and are kept appropriately informed before, during and after the service provision.
  4. Where advice is provided, it takes into account a clients individual circumstances.
  5. The service provided is of an acceptable standard.
  6. Customers do not face unreasonable barriers to make a complaint.

We have set out how we aim to ensure these principles are embedded in our approach to
dealing with our clients. A full copy of our Treating Customers Fairly Policy (TCF) can be provided on request.
