Hexa Finance has been recognised as one of the fifty fastest-growing businesses in Wales by the UK Fast Growth Index for 2025, the programme which identifies the fastest-growing companies in the UK.
Founded in 2020 during the first UK lockdown, Hexa Finance began life in a log cabin in Co-Founder Ben Davies’ garden. Alongside fellow Co-Founder Stu Mason, the business was built on a simple vision: to help make commercial finance more relatable and attainable for SME’s.
From those humble beginnings, Hexa has grown rapidly into one of the UK’s fastest-growing independent finance brokers. The company now employs a team of 22 people spread across the UK, including Scotland, and works with businesses of all sizes to deliver tailored finance solutions that help them invest, grow and adapt.
All the firms on the list have also been entered for the 2025 UK Fast Growth Awards being held in London on November 26th where the winners will be recognised as the fastest growing in their sectors and their regions.
About the UK Fast Growth Index
The UK Fast Growth Index identifies the fifty fastest-growing companies in seven regions and nations namely London, the Midlands and the East of England, the North of England, Northern Ireland, Scotland, South of England and Wales. Last year, the 350 firms identified through the lists had a collective turnover increase of £9.6 billion between 2021 and 2023 and created 24,000 new jobs in two years.

The final rankings will be revealed at the UK Fast Growth Awards on Wednesday 26 November 2025 at the Bloomsbury Big Top in London, where the UK’s most dynamic and high-growth businesses will come together for an evening of recognition, networking, and celebration.
